Notice and Action Policy (Link Removal)
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains how to notify Elonora Porn Tube about allegedly illegal content or content you believe you have rights in, how we assess notices, and how you can appeal our decisions. It is designed to comply with the EU Digital Services Act notice-and-action mechanism and, where applicable, comparable regimes elsewhere.
1. How to submit a notice
Send notices to admin@elonoraporntube.com with the subject line "NOTICE AND ACTION". The notice should include:
- a clear description of the alleged illegal nature of the content or the right allegedly infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on Elonora Porn Tube (e.g.
https://…/watch/…); - your name, contact details (email), and, if you act for a person or entity, evidence you are authorized;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the content is unlawful / infringing;
- a statement of the accuracy of the information and — for infringement notices — that you are the rights holder or authorized to act.
Incomplete notices may be rejected with an explanation.
2. Assessment and action
We review notices as quickly as possible; the average time to action is around 48–72 hours. Possible outcomes:
- Removal of the index entry (default for plausible notices);
- Whole-source purge if the same defect is systematic (partners can be delisted);
- Rejection with statement of reasons if the notice is manifestly unfounded or abusive.
Every decision is given to the notifier together with a statement of reasons. Where the hosting partner is responsible for the content itself, we also forward your notice to the partner.
3. Appeals
Persons affected by a removal decision (e.g. a partner) may submit an appeal to the same address with the subject "APPEAL", including the decision reference. Appeals are reviewed internally by a person not involved in the original decision, normally within 72 hours. If you are established in the EU, you may also use out-of-court dispute settlement under the DSA and pursue remedies before the courts.
4. Abuse of the mechanism
Notices that are knowingly false or submitted with intent to suppress lawful content may be rejected, and persistent abusive notifiers may be blocked from the mechanism.
5. Status notice
Elonora Porn Tube is not a very large online platform within the meaning of the DSA ( well below the 45 million monthly users threshold); accordingly some transparency-reporting duties for VLOPs do not apply.
