DMCA / Copyright Takedown Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
Elonora Porn Tube respects the intellectual property rights of others and processes takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512 ("DMCA"). As an index of metadata and thumbnails with referrals to third-party hosts, we qualify as a service provider acting on stored material we do not control; we nevertheless remove index entries on valid notice.
Designated agent
Copyright notices go to our designated DMCA agent: admin@elonoraporntube.com (subject line "DMCA NOTICE").
Filing an effective notice
Your notice must include, to the extent required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if multiple works);
- Identification of the material to be removed — the exact URL(s) on Elonora Porn Tube and, where possible, the partner host URL;
- Your name, address, telephone number and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
What we do
Valid notices result in prompt removal or disabling of access to the affected index entry (commonly within 24–72 hours). We may also (a) purge matching entries across the whole index, (b) notify the hosting partner so they act on the underlying video, and (c) terminate or refuse listings to repeat-abusive partners.
Counter-notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice under §512(g) to the same address, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief in the mistaken removal, and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate court. If the notifier does not file an action within 10–14 business days, we may consider restoring the entry.
Repeat infringement & abuse
Partners that repeatedly appear in valid notices are delisted. Knowingly materially false notices may make the notifier liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under §512(f).
